Founded in 1976 through the merger of the Postal Institute (Royal Mail) and Belgrade Soccer Club, Perth Royals FC proudly celebrates 50 years of football excellence in 2026. Over five decades, the club has built a rich and enduring legacy within the local football community, defined by resilience, hard work, and an unwavering passion for the game.

From the very beginning, there has been something special about the Royals. The club’s identity is grounded in relentless tenacity and determination, values that have been consistently demonstrated on the pitch and reinforced by the dedication of coaches, volunteers, administrators, and management behind the scenes. This shared commitment has shaped a strong football culture that thrives on teamwork, discipline, and community spirit.

A significant milestone was reached in 2025 with the introduction of junior teams, strengthening the club’s pathway and reaffirming its commitment to developing players from grassroots through to senior football. This expansion ensures the values and traditions of the Royals continue to be passed down to the next generation.
